VENDOR MANAGEMENT SERVICES
It will cover the management and monitoring of IT vendors/third party service providers of client organization.
Deliverables -
- Maintaining database of the various vendors with details like contact person, telephone numbers, escalation matrix, response time and resolution time commitments etc.
- Logging calls with vendors.
- Coordinating with the vendors to get the problems resolved.
- Escalating problems, if required.
- Keeping track of the hardware and software maintenance contracts entered into by client organization, with the various vendors. Client Organization would provide SLA details.
- Analyzing the performance of the different vendors vis-à-vis their maintenance contract entered into with client organization.
- Co-ordination with vendors for new asset installation, service calls etc onsite/offsite and ensuring the submission of call report/installation report as applicable for the same.
