It will cover management of the LAN/WAN Infrastructure at client organization.

Deliverables –

• Generating Trouble tickets
• Monitor the link up time and down time on agreed window size.
• Monitor packet loss / delay.
• Monitor the Errors, Latency on the links.
• Create reports for above activities.
• Log and escalate the call for physical link related problems with the client & service provider for further action.
• Trend analysis report on network usage.
• Performing router, switch reconfiguration
• Monitor and control configuration aspects like IP address, subnet mask.
• Monitoring existing Software and patch installed and managing new OS upgrades.
• Incident / Problem management services
• Creating new users (Administrative and Privileged) and managing them.
• Maintain configuration details and files of all routers and Switches in the network
• Backup configuration files periodically or otherwise as and when changes are affected.
• Maintaining Asset inventory for all network elements.
• Single point of contact for all incidents / problems reported for the WAN.
• For the links we shall be coordinating with Service Provider and getting the same resolved
  by them.
• Defining methodologies / workaround to address the probable causes of failures in case of incident or emergency
• Recommend on the possible solution / workaround to address the probable causes of failure.
• Tracking and Co-ordination of all incidents / problems till resolution
• Conduct the diagnoses of the problem reported and take appropriate actions to address quick restoration of the services
• Co-ordinate with vendors / Principal in case of problems arising due to hardware failures or Software bugs
• Progress report to the management on the incidents / problems reported and the actions taken to address the same
• Analyze trends on incidents.
• Overall Network availability with Backup
• Bandwidth utilization analysis done periodically as per a mutual sign off.
• Trend reports on network infrastructure.
• LAN configuration management.
