MAIL/MESSAGING SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION SERVICES (LOTUS NOTES MANAGEMENT SERVICE)
Service will cover the mail and messaging servers and clients at client organization
Deliverables –
- User account management – Creation, deletion and transfer of mail boxes
- Monitoring the mail traffic queue and the disk space usage for mail
- Creation / Installation of Mailing S/W Clients.
- Maintaining the mail data size on server.
- Routine Administration on Mailing & GroupWare application.
- Monitoring SMTP remote administration including password management and liasoning with external vendor
- Domino Web Server Administration including Webmail Support and mail security.
- iNotes Web Access – Offline & Online Support for the co-location and their configurations.
- Cross Domain Mail Routing Support includes support for CUGGROUP Interface and
- configuration of Directory Catalog, Directory Assistance.
- Monitor Lotus Domino/Notes log database (log.nsf) that identify replication failures, mail delivery and routing errors, database corruption and I/O read/write failures
- Database white space monitoring
- Security monitoring including detection of fraudulent
- Remote identities, invalid or illegal certificate ID usage and Server ID expiration or certification failure
- Server response time and transaction measurement that evaluates initial response times on the server and transaction performance times
- Mail and MTA statistics and threshold monitors, including dead mail, message delivery queue length and failed conversions. Replication statistics and threshold of replication
failures, successes, and document transfers
- Monitors database access time and database size against a threshold
- Monitor access (read/write) for unusually high activity over a day or a week easy-to-read, easy-to-access web based reports.
- Mail and Database Usage Reporting of Lotus Domino/Notes Servers
