It will cover management of the Servers/PCs/OS at client organization.
Deliverables –
- Security Incidents are detected from the alerts generated during the monitoring, during log analysis or escalation from the customer. The incidents as High, Medium,
Low based on the impact of the incident.
- Monitoring: Vigilant monitoring for device health, performance, availability, capacity and security compliance. Timely response to selective conditions.
- Firewall policy management: Based on needs, suggest new policies, make policy changes, and implement global policies.
- Patch updation and signature pattern updation required for IDS/Firewall: Apply vendor updates and patches necessary to ensure operational stability and adherence to industry
security standards.
- Ongoing advice on any proposed changes in the internal network based on security Implications.
- Management of any NAT.
- Reports delivery: We would supply device health, performance, availability, capacity and security compliance reports. Available reports include:
- Unauthorized Connection Attempts, Packets Filtered based on Time, Service, Host etc., HTTP Summary , Service Summary, Proxy Summary, Top 20 Events
- Back Up: The Firewall /IDS Policy database & the objects are backed up daily; this will ensure speedier recovery in case of device failure.
- Alerts: Firewall alerts due to policy violations on an ongoing basis
