Anti virus management will cover desktops, laptops and servers of client organization

Deliverables –

• Managing the Central Antivirus Console
• Discovering Assets on the Antivirus console
• Monitoring automatic updation of virus definition files and ensuring that it gets updated at the defined frequency
• Diagnosing and rectifying any virus problems that can be fixed by the anti-virus tool proposed to and accepted/procured by Organization.
• Providing feedback on any new viruses detected.
• Monitoring Virus Definition daily for all locations and monitor virus activity.
• Send virus alerts to users based on the impact on organization Network to prevent virus attacks on the systems.
• Taking precautionary actions in terms of definition file updates and interim solutions released during the high alert situations
