It will cover the break fix maintenance for desktops, laptops, servers and printers and other peripherals as outlined in the asset inventory location-wise.

• Diagnosing and solving hardware related issues i.e. changing the hardware parts, swapping the hardware parts etc.
• Re-configuration of the server as per the CLIENT guidelines.
• To provide standby as per SLA.
• To provide and maintain spares as per agreed norms.
• To provide MIS on spares availability on a regular basis.
